I attempted to sell my home myself and after spending a lot of time, money, and resources, I turned to Kathie for help. Kathie immediately formulated a plan to get the best deal for my property. This happened so quickly, I was amazed. There were the typical showings, but the virtual house tour and pictures were stunning! I think Kathie’s calm and pleasant demeanor put me at ease the most. I tend to be anxious in these situations and Kathie gave me whatever attention and time I needed. Selling a home is stressful and there were a number of times Kathie really had to sit and be, not only a realtor but a friend to talk to. Kathie goes above and beyond on so many levels.
